How do I login to My Account?
To login to My Account go to the login screen here.
You will need to enter your Login ID and password and click submit.

Use your email address as your Login ID, as it’s easy to remember. You can however, choose any Login ID.

I’m locked out of My Account - what should I do?
Three consecutive unsuccessful attempts at logging will result in your access being locked. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorised access.
Please phone our Customer Service centre on 0800 10 11 70 to have your account unlocked and your logon details changed if required.

Why is the date of birth not accepting when I am typing it in?
Your date of birth must be in the following format: dd/mm/yyyy
If you are entering your date of birth in this format and are still not able to proceed please phone our Customer Service centre on 0800 10 11 70 for assistance.

Anyone with a Farmers Finance Card can register for My Account.

Can I register for My Account if I am on a Fixed Instalment Agreement only?
Only if you also have a Farmers Finance Card account. My Account is not available if you have finance on a Fixed Instalment Agreement only.

My Account allows you to keep your details with us up-to-date, keep a track of what you’re spending and your account balance.

Do I need to register for My Account?
My Account is an optional service, but we recommend registering for My Account so you can keep your details with us up-to-date, keep a track of what you’re spending and your account balance.

Yes, you need an email address to register for My Account.

Is there an extra charge to use My Account?
No. There isn’t a cost for registering or using for My Account.

Can I redeem my yourrewards points in My Account?
Yes, you can view your yourrewards balance and redeem your points in My Account.

Can I report a card lost or stolen on My Account?
Yes, you can report a card lost or stolen, or put a card on hold. Reporting a card lost or stolen automatically orders you a new card. Please note a replacement fee may be incurred.

Can I update my contact details on My Account?
Yes, you can update your contact details within My Account.

Can I request a change to my credit limit in My Account?
Yes, you can request an increase or decrease to your credit limit within My Account.

Using My Account, you can:
- View a summary of your transactions and payments
- Request a change to your credit limit
- Update your contact details
- Nominate an Authorised Person
- Report a lost or stolen card
- Change your password
