What if I want to cancel my Card? |
|
|
You have the right to cancel your Farmers Finance Card Account at any time. The Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 provides you with certain cancellation rights, but strict time limits will apply. You can also cancel your Farmers Finance Card Account at any time in accordance with the Farmers Finance Card Terms and Conditions by calling us on 0800 10 11 70. You will still be liable for all transactions made up until that time in accordance with the Farmers Finance Card Terms and Conditions and the outstanding balance will immediately become due and payable. How to apply for Unforeseen Hardship |

If you are unable reasonably to keep up your payments or other obligations because of illness, injury, loss of employment, the end of a relationship, or other reasonable cause, you may be able to apply to us for an unforeseen hardship variation.
